About Our Products

  • Are the faux fur blankets really soft?
    Yes!! they are.  (One customer told us that the Ruched throw was like wearing a mink coat without the guilt.)

  • How do these blankets hold up to washing? 
    As long as you follow the care instructions, they hold up very well. You can use the detergent and fabric softener of your choosing.

  • Do the blankets shed?
    Not usually. Given the nature of synthetic fibers in manufacturing process, there have been a few instances where some of the faux fur from the cutting table made it's way into the packaging. Usually a good shake takes care of that.  If not, try washing it before use.

  • Do all of the blankets have a Sherpa lining?
    No, some have a Sherpa back while others have a mink back.  All of the throws that are NOT faux-fur do not have a backing at all.

  • Is this company in the USA? 
    Yes, we are a small, family-owned company located in Austin, TX.  All products are designed here and the fabrics are chosen here by our in-house design team. Our factories where we manufacture products are located all around the world such as China and India.

  • What are the blankets made of? 
    Depending on the blanket, it is either made of 100% Polyester, Cotton or Acrylic Blends.  All of our products are made from man-made materials.  No animals are harmed in the making of our products.

  • What are the sheets made of? 
    100% Double brushed microfiber.  They were designed to reduce staining and pilling, while giving you a soft, luxurious feel.


  • Do you offer international shipping?
    Sorry, not at this time.

  • How can I make changes to my order?
    We try our best to ship quickly! Please call us directly at 1-888-247-5405 soon as possible during our business hours if need any changes your order.

  • How can I return my item?
    Please refer to our return detail page.

  • Why I can't receive my order confirmation email?
    The order confirmation email may be filtered into your Spams / Junk folder or the e-mail address when placing the order may have been incorrect. If you still cannot find your order confirmation email, please contact us and we will investigate further.

  • How long does will take to ship?
    All orders made before 2:00 PM EST will ship within 2 business days

  • I have a Chanasya website discount code. How do I apply it?
    At the checkout section on right side there's a section to include your discount code. Enter your code and hit "Apply". Only one discount can be applied at a time.

  • Can I make bulk purchases?
    Please call us with order details you are interested to bulk purchase. For businesses, we also offer wholesale account. Click here to apply.

  • Can I make a custom design/color purchase?
    We require at least 500pc minimum for custom orders. Please contact us with your purchase details for a custom quote.
